What It Does

The Reviews tab aggregates and analyzes all customer reviews for a product, giving you a structured overview that is much faster than scrolling through individual reviews.

Key Outputs

• Rating Distribution — a bar chart showing the percentage of 1-star through 5-star reviews so you can spot patterns (e.g., a spike in 1-star reviews signals quality issues)
• Star Filter — click any star level to read only those reviews, helping you quickly find complaints or praise
• Buyer Country Breakdown — see which countries are buying this product most, which validates demand in your target market
• Image Gallery — all customer-uploaded photos collected in one scrollable gallery, showing real product quality without seller staging
• Review Highlights — commonly mentioned keywords extracted from reviews (e.g., "fast shipping," "smaller than expected," "great quality")

How to Use It

1. Open an AliExpress product page
2. Switch to the Reviews tab
3. Check the Rating Distribution — products with 90%+ positive reviews are safer
4. Click the 1-star and 2-star filters to read negative reviews first
5. Browse the Image Gallery to verify actual product quality and appearance
6. Check the Buyer Country Breakdown to see if your target market is already buying

Negative reviews are more valuable than positive ones for dropshippers. They reveal common complaints that will lead to refund requests and bad store reviews if you sell the product.
