Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between A, B, C, D, F grades?
Grades reflect the weighted overall score.
A = 85+, B = 70–84, C = 55–69, D = 40–54, F = below 40.
Each sub-score is 0–100, so a shop can earn an A on rating but a C on volume — the badges tell you which specific thresholds the supplier cleared.
Why does my supplier have no badges?
Badges are awarded only when a metric crosses a fixed threshold — for example, High Rated needs positive feedback above a certain percentage.
A brand-new or low-volume shop can grade as reliable while still earning zero badges because it has not accumulated enough orders to trip the thresholds.
Does the score count fake reviews?
No.
Neither this tool nor our Chrome extension classifies individual reviews as fake or scores review authenticity — no tool can reliably prove a single review is genuine or paid, so we don't claim to.
The rating sub-score is simply the positive-feedback percentage AliExpress itself reports.
If reviews look off, judge them by hand: read the lowest-star reviews first, and check how many come with real buyer photos.
