Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between A, B, C, D, F grades?
Grades reflect the weighted overall score. A = 85+, B = 70–84, C = 55–69, D = 40–54, F = below 40. Each sub-score is 0–100, so a shop can earn an A on rating but a C on volume — the badges tell you which specific thresholds the supplier cleared.
Why does my supplier have no badges?
Badges are awarded only when a metric crosses a fixed threshold — for example, High Rated needs positive feedback above a certain percentage. A brand-new or low-volume shop can grade as reliable while still earning zero badges because it has not accumulated enough orders to trip the thresholds.
Does the score count fake reviews?
We do not attempt to classify individual reviews as fake. The rating sub-score is the positive feedback percentage reported by AliExpress. The consistency sub-score penalises sellers whose product ratings vary wildly — often a signal of review manipulation. For dedicated fake-review detection, install the Chrome extension.
Can I use this on the shop URL directly?
